An external staircase links the apartment to a private patio on the garden level with a handsome view of the surrounding countryside.
The two apartments in Casa dei Cavalli share a swimming pool. Nearby a typical Umbrian dependence, or outbuilding, contains a ping-pong table, a wood stove for making your own bread and pizza, and a barbecue.
